Niyom Thai Restaurant brings creative, modern Thai cooking to Brighton East. Since opening in 2021 it has built a loyal local following and a 4.6-star reputation across more than 240 Google reviews — praised as “some of the best Thai food in the south-east.”
The kitchen pairs the classics — fragrant green and red curries, a rich Beef Massaman, a plentiful Pad Thai — with signature show-pieces like a crispy whole barramundi and green mango salad. The room is small, warm and intimate: a black-and-white striped awning out front, candour and timber inside. Licensed with BYO wine, and generous with gluten-free and vegetarian options.
