Since 2021, Niyom Thai has paired the Thai classics — fragrant green and red curries, a rich Beef Massaman, a plentiful Pad Thai — with signature show-pieces like a crispy whole barramundi and green mango salad. The room is small, warm and intimate; licensed, with BYO wine, and generous with gluten-free and vegetarian options.
